From Knitting to Lifestyle: A New Direction for the Blog

When I first started this blog, the idea was simple: a space to share my love for knitting and handmade projects, and hopefully help others on their own knitting journey.

However, I would also like to use this platform to discuss other topics in life. One topic I’ve become increasingly curious about is ultra-processed food.

Food is something we interact with every single day, yet many of us don’t always know how much of what we eat is highly processed, or how it might affect our health and well-being.

Lately, I’ve been reading more about ingredients, food processing, and how modern food production works, and it’s a topic that I find both fascinating and important. I’ve also experienced on a personal level how certain ingredients can affect my body.

This doesn’t mean the blog will suddenly turn into a strict food or nutrition site. Instead, I’d like to approach the topic from a curious and lifestyle-focused perspective — learning more about ultra-processed foods, sharing interesting things I discover, and exploring small ways to become more aware of what we eat.

So moving forward, you’ll still find knitting, creative projects, and handmade inspiration here. But you may also see posts about everyday life, thoughts about food and health, and reflections on how small choices shape the way we live.

Thank you so much for being here and following along as the blog slowly grows and evolves. I’m excited to see where this journey leads.

What topic would you like to see more of on the blog in the future? :)
